It's important to deep clean your Litter-Robot every months. Over time, small clumps can accumulate within the internal pocket of the globe, which can contribute to weight-related errors. Cleaning or soaking the globe thoroughly every months will help prevent any excess weight from Attempt to manually cycle the unit by pressing the “cycle” button.
