US Med school generally only accept like per schools out of the Canadians applied and even if they do accept Canadians those are the ones with very high stats and ecs, and are the top students in Canada not even in their own schools anymore, so either way, I find applying to the US is more competitive than applying to a Canadian schools I would like to know more about the US application process (primaries?? secondaries??), what I would need in terms of GPA and MCAT score, what the "Canadian-friendly" US Early July: OMSAS opens. July 31st: Primary application for Dal is due. August: Casper for Dal (You must write it in August to be eligible for Dal but the scores can be used for every other school, so you don't have to re-do it) Late August: uManitoba application opens. September: McGill application open - people typically start working on it Don't get fooled OP, American med schools are not in your favor as a Canadian citizen. I applied to around 10 "Canadian friendly" schools with a GPA and a (///) MCAT. Not even one interview.
