I bought a physical copy of Battlefield 3 Premium which I installed with the disks provided. I then installed all of the updates, although did not install any of the expansion packs. My system specifications are: OS: Windows 8. GPU: XFX HD Step 2. In the Processes tab, end all processes related to the Blizzard app. Step 3. Click on This PC (Windows 10) and open the system partition C. Step 4. Tick the checkbox for Hidden items, and click on the Program Data folder. Step 5. Delete the [HOST] folder and restart your Blizzard App [HOST] (32 bit) [HOST] Update Agent (32 bit) and close that window. Windows+R. copy paste C:\ProgramData\ into the Open field and press Enter. Delete the [HOST] folder. Empty trash bin. Click the [HOST] desktop I even tried to terminate it as a windows app, but then that windows freezes as well. The thing i could do is to restart my pc.
