Hi, I've been trying to research this but not found much so was wondering if anyone here had encountered the same problem. I just got to the tower of Mzark and completed the puzzle and picked up the **SPOILERS**. Elder Scroll. I then went outside and tried to find what I needed for the Lexicon quest as it still said I needed to transcribe it I can't use activate the Lexicon Receptacle in the Tower of Mzark. Im doing the Discerning the Transmundane quest, and I'm unable to activate the Lexicon Receptacle or any of the buttons next to it.
