Your progress can’t be moved to a different EA Account after you’ve started playing. If you’re new to Apex Legends, make sure you create an Apex Legends account with the EA Account you want to use. If you’re already a player, make sure to play on the EA Account that you’ve played Apex Legends on before. If you have one Apex Legends Hey folks, badges are similar to stats in that they are not merged, but are determined by which account was your primary account for the merge. Some badges from Apex Legends’ earlier seasons previously earned on a non-primary account (an account that wasn’t the highest level at the time of Cross Progression) may not have been merged

So basically you pick what you want to be your main account and then you can use that account to play on any console/system and always have your stats and stuff available regardless. But if you have 2 accounts with rare cosmetics you'll only get to keep the cosmetics from ONE of them

It's currently not possible to merge 2 EA accounts or 2 Platform accounts (of the same kind) Cross progression is designed to work between platform accounts on a single EA account, not between EA accounts.
