Tick "disable fullScreen optimisations" untick every other box in that dialog, Apply and exit. I closed the game and restarted it and it worked for me. Took a while to load, but it worked. If you’re using steam, try unsubscribing from the mod and then re-subscribing. Worked for me, at least
