In that Episode 2 a Locomotive Engine (yellow railroad vehicle) is blocking the tracks, but can be walked over by using a log lying on the vehicle as a bridge. Keep walking, the railroad tracks are blocked by "Landslide"

I'm still struggling to find the actual cache though. It put a marker on my map The maps and paths don’t change unless the devs add an update with a new region. There’s no in game event introducing the new transition and region. It’s just there with the new update. When they added the plane crash to pv for ep3, they didn’t show a plane crashing in survival Detailed Region Maps. This game has been updated to version in December This has resulted in a lot of changes in the game and the item spawn Broken Railroad map. is the broken road map more or less a dead end with the only exit in or out of it to forlorn musket..i cant seem to find any other places or entrances to head north towards the other maps currently you are right, the muskeg is the only exit. The rail road is a pretty good place to setup camp if you bring tools with you
