Lot of people were already requesting transmog which is basically the same thing with extra steps. #10 So a level 5 warlock only has 2 spell slots but they are level 3 spell slots that they get back on short rests. While a level 5 sorcerer has 9 spell slots (4 1st level, 3 2nd level, 2 3rd level) that they only get back on long rests. Or warlock can cast fireball 6 times before long rests while sorcerer can only cast fireball twice.
