There is likely a specific smart terrain with an issue. Might be a missing value or letter (typo), or a mutant you dont have ingame trying to spawn, or a couple other things. Easiest route is obviously uninstalling, long route to save the addon, is to look through all smart terrains and find issues and correct them Download & Install. Anomaly is a stand-alone mod. Anomaly clean install kept crashing in a weird way. Screen goes black, sometimes force my pc to restart with video tdr failure blue screen. Updated mobo bios, graphic drivers etc. Had to use amd radeon software card tuning to stop the game crashing, now it seems to work okay.
