Hi. Can someone please help me. The winning bidder wants to cancel his bid now. He says the final bid was done by accident and emailed me 3 minutes before the end of the auction to cancel it which I did not see at the time. How do I cancel his bid and do I have to relist the item or can I contact the bid that would have won? 22 hrs to go. Current winning buyer wants me to cancel his bid after his request to change from the advertised collected sale was responded to positively but he says the courrier price is too much. Whilst annoyed there are other bidders so prefer them to see that he has withdrawn bid.
