Posted July 12, (edited) Recently with all the bugs happening to the half-completed chroma quest, I have just encountered a New Strange bug, and this does not look good. For The New Strange in particular like @BatVenomPL said you have to complete the Europa Junction, then you can talk to Cephalon Simaris in any Relay (if you don't know where or who he is you can just use fast travel to get to him) and accept the quest from him Warframe: The New Strange [Part 3/7] Synthesis. Posted May 27, (edited) Recently I've been trying to do the New Strange quest but on the part where you're supposed to synthesize 3 elite arid lancers I've gotten stuck on 1/3 scanned. I have done the quests more than 5 times but it won't go from 1/3 elite arid lancers synthesized to 2/3 How To Synthesize 3 Elite Arid Lancers (The New Strange Quest) i have now done this 5 times and completed the mission. it still counts as one might be a bugg since it still at 1. I believe I was just doing Mars missions and decided to visit Cephalon Simaris for scanner charges.
