So i got the game finally installed and went to play, the game is stuttering so bad i could barely get through the first 5 mins, finally get to a point to mess with settings, turned down a few settings didnt make any difference, avg fps was 74 min was 2 and max was and it was going up down from to in the graph, ran the benchmark and same thing See, the game only runs at 30FPS for me, despite me setting the Game Settings to x at 60Hz. I tested this with MSI Afterburner, showing constant 30FPS. Cpu usage in the 90s%, fps in the low 30s. I was confused, as I always used to get fps in the high 50s, above outside cities, while my cpu usage was maybe in the Click "set affinity." Uncheck ALL Cores except Core 0. Click "OK." Right click the executable again, and click "set affinity" once more. Re-check ALL CPU Cores. Click "OK." You should be able to close Task Manager, and ALT+TAB back into the game, but now with even smoother and more consistent performance!
